Due to the nature that my earrings are handmade, there will be slight variations from the image shown. I try my absolute best to eliminate bubbles and markings, and I never send out earrings that do not meet my standard of excellence. However, because these are handmade, it is impossible to make them blemish free. Every tiny imperfection makes your piece a one-of-a-kind. I view my earrings as art, and when you can see the details of the craftsmanship, it tells a beautiful story.
 
CLEANING YOUR EARRINGS:
For non-coated polymer clay earrings, place a small amount of nail polish remover on a cotton ball and gently rub the dirty area in a circular motion. While nail polish remover seems harsh, it doesn’t harm the earring. For coated or glossed earrings, simply use a piece of moist soft fabric and wipe it gently. Do not use nail polish remover or make-up wipes, this will damage the outer coating.
 
RETURN POLICY:Due to high demand and competitive shopping on drop dates, we do not accept returns at this time. We stand by our product and the craftsmanship but if your product is damaged within 30 days we will either refund or repair. This is a case by case basis and photos are required to determine the outcome. No exchanging styles is allowed.
